I Am Honored to Receive The Jane Findling Award

I am honored to be the first 2022 recipient of The Jane Findling Award. This award recognizes students who have contributed greatly to the UTSA community over the duration of a single academic year. I was only a junior for one semester at UTSA. I managed to accomplish so much within less than a full academic year! 🧡💙

I enjoy hosting events! Today this award recognizes students who best demonstrate outstanding excellence in leadership and service to the University and best represent the ideal UTSA student leader. ​The memories, the blood, sweat and tears that went into these individual and group accomplishments all come to a focal point during the presentation of the awards.

This award is named for the first Director of Student Activities and University Center at UTSA from 1977-1990 and was established to remember those students who dedicated their time and talent in the early days of UTSA.
